HOME REPAIR (Lucas County residents)


Owner-Occupied Home Repair is designed to assist low-moderate income Lucas County homeowners with health and safety related repairs such as roof replacement, gutter installation, ramps, grab bars, exterior doors, windows, and railings etc. 

Qualified homeowner are responsible to pay for a portion of the total cost of the project based on their income through a 1-2 year 0% interest payment plan.

HOME RESCUE REHABILITATION (City of Toledo residents)


Home Rescue Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation is designed to assist low-moderate income homeowners residing within the City of Toledo limits with the elimination of housing code violations such as electrical, venting, hazardous windows, faulty furnaces or cooling units, crumbling foundations etc., and possible lead based paint hazard issues. Qualified homeowners are provided with a Forgivable Deferred Payment Loan which includes certain restrictions.

This program is funded through grant money provided to the City of Toledo by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  As such, funding is limited.
