Where is ReStore and what are ReStore's hours?

ReStore is located at 1310 Conant Street, Maumee, Ohio.

Hours are 10am-6pm, Tuesdays through Saturdays. We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

We closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

We are also closed on Martin Luther King,  Jr. Day and Presidents' Day, because they are always Mondays and we are closed Mondays!

Are you open to the public?

Yes. Our ReStore is open to the general public. Everyone is welcome to shop and support our mission.

Are you closed on holidays?

ReStore is closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

On Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, we close at 2pm

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.

How can I donate to ReStore?

Donations are accepted at ReStore Tuesdays through Saturdays, from 10:30am to 5:30pm. If you are unable to bring your donation to us, you can schedule a pick-up by completing our online Donation Form or by calling 419-382-1658. Items are selected based on our ability to sell them in ReStore. Some donations may be declined because of safety concerns, facility limitations or marketability.

What do you sell?

Inventory includes widows,  doors, appliances, paint, paint supplies, lighting, carpet, tile, kitchen & bath cabinets,  sinks, toilets, cleaning supplies and more. The Donate to ReStore page will give you a list of what we accept and then sell.

Since we receive new donations every day, like our Facebook page to follow daily updates and see pictures of our inventory.

Do you offer discounts?

Tagged prices are only discounted by the staff if  they have been on the floor for set intervals of time. They will not grant discounts negotiated on the floor. The tagged price is the current selling price.

Every Friday, we take 10% off of the final purchase price for customers who show our cashier that they like us on Facebook.

We also offer 10% off the final purchase price when a customer presents our cashier a military ID.

Can I make purchases over the phone?

We have a first come, first serve basis for purchases. We do not do purchases over the phone.

How long do I have to pick-up my merchandise?

You can hold purchased merchandise at ReStore for three days. After three days,  we will put the items back on the floor for sale. We will grant store credit for any of the items that have been resold.

Do you deliver purchased items?

No. Unfortunately we cannot offer deliveries at this time.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

The only exception is for appliances. While we do test appliances before putting them on for the floor for sale, we do offer a 14-day return policy on them. If the appliance does not work, within 14 days you must return the appliances to our ReStore and you must have your receipt. We do not provide cash refunds. Store credit will then be granted for the purchase price and the store credit must be redeemed within 6 months of the issue date.
